USCIS Increases Filing Fees for Some Immigration Forms

Effective April 1, 2024, USCIS increased some fees for immigration forms. Filing forms and fee increases specific to adoption processes are for the I600A and I800A. The filing fee for I600A and I800A is now $920 and does include biometric fingerprint processing fees as well, which were previously separate fees.
